Adult ADHD care for working professionals

Physician-led evaluation and follow-up. Screening is not a diagnosis. Medication is only when a clinician finds it appropriate after that evaluation.

What this page is for

  • Evaluation

A structured visit for focus, work performance, and history. Not an online quiz result.

  • Follow-up

If treatment continues, monitoring matches the plan. Ongoing care is $149 a month.

  • Where screening lives

A free screening is offered on the ADHD care path. It is not the homepage promise.

How an evaluation works

A clinical path from history to a plan. Every evaluation is individualized.

  • Clinical interview

History, symptoms, and how daily life is affected, reviewed with a licensed medical provider.

  • Assessment tools

Used when clinically appropriate to support clinical judgment, not replace it. A screening score is not a diagnosis.

  • Review and plan

Findings in plain language. Options may include lifestyle strategies, therapy coordination, testing, medication, or further evaluation. Medication is never guaranteed.

Common questions

  • Is this a real ADHD diagnosis?

Evaluations are by licensed medical providers using clinical history and individualized validated tools. If DSM criteria are met, you receive a formal diagnosis and a documented plan. Diagnosis does not guarantee medication.

  • What does the $149 evaluation include?

The cognitive assessment takes about 60 to 90 minutes, and the clinical visit adds roughly 60 more minutes. It covers history and records review, cognitive testing (including Creyos and other neuropsych assessments), and the treatment plan discussion. Ongoing care, if it continues, is $149 a month. Medication cost is separate.

  • Do you prescribe ADHD medication?

Medication may be discussed when clinically appropriate after evaluation. Stimulant prescribing is never guaranteed. When medication is appropriate, non-stimulant and stimulant options include monitoring and follow-up. Controlled medications use monitoring and drug screening when required. Before any stimulant medication is prescribed, your clinician reviews your medical history, current medications, and prior treatment — we do not prescribe controlled substances to anyone who hasn't completed all the formalities outlined in our controlled substance agreement and prescription policy. Your visit takes place on a HIPAA-compliant platform, and all prescribing follows state and federal controlled-substance requirements.
